Sales contracts; the assurance of a prior study (March 2008)
| |
The thought of purchasing a house which has not yet been constructed often makes clients uneasy and sceptical due to the fact that it is impossible to have a look at the house before buying it. One of the most important steps in this process is the signing of the private contract of sale between the two parties involved.
| |
Such contracts should include several basic components:
| |
- Identifying information about the seller, the builder and the architect.
- A complete description of the house including blueprints, quality specifications, site plan, building permit, a general description of the building, data regarding the registration of the real property, community statutes, phase of construction, planned date of completion, total sale price, form of payment, etc.
| An analysis of such contracts beforehand to make certain of the veracity of all of their clauses is one of the keys to ensuring a problem-free p urchase. |
| |
| Fuster & Associates will analyse and check that all the details of such contracts are correct and compliant with the current legislation. In addition, they will assess each client in private regarding the different components of the contract before it is signed. |
